It’s Okay To Let Yourself Be Sad

Be selfish, say what you want once in a while. It’s okay to let yourself be sad. – Kyo, Fruits Basket

Because as much as I promote positivity and optimisim, I think it’s important let ourselves be sad when we need to be sad. As with everything, there is a balance. It’s much better to let out your feelings than to keep it locked inside.
